Dr. Daulatabad Narsimlu

About

Dr. Narsimulu Daulatabad earned his Ph.D. in Physics from Pondicherry University, India, in 2018, with a focus on the development of mesoporous nanostructured anode materials for lithium-ion battery applications. Following his Ph.D., he worked as a Research Associate in the Department of Chemistry at the Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad (January to July 2018), and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Kyung Hee University, South Korea (2018–2022). During his postdoctoral studies, he developed various nanomaterials for lithium, sodium, and zinc-ion batteries.

Dr. Daulatabad further advanced his expertise in battery technology by working on sulfide-based solid electrolytes for all-solid-state batteries at the University of Ulsan, South Korea, from 2023 to 2024.

He has published 52 research papers in high-impact, peer-reviewed international journals, with additional works under review. He has also presented his research at numerous national and international conferences, both in oral and poster formats.

Currently, Dr. Daulatabad serves as a Research Scientist at the National Institute of Materials Advancement (NIMA), where his research focuses on developing cost-effective, safe electrodes for high-energy-density zinc-ion and zinc-sulfur batteries.
